Frequently asked questions

BrickCircle beta, explained.

What is BrickCircle?

A local club for Adult Fans of LEGO (AFOLs) to catalogue collectible sets, find reciprocal matches and temporarily exchange sets in person.

Is it a rental marketplace?

The beta is designed around member-to-member temporary swaps rather than conventional shipping-based rentals.

How long can I exchange a set?

The current workflow supports 30, 60 and 90-day swaps.

Can the same set be in two exchanges?

No. Once an exchange is accepted, both physical sets are reserved until that exchange is cancelled before handoff, successfully returned, or otherwise resolved.

Does BrickCircle ship sets?

No. The current beta is local and in person. Members meet in a public place, inspect the sets and confirm the handoff together.

What happens at return?

Members schedule another meetup, confirm arrival, inspect their returned sets and both confirm satisfactory return. The sets then become available again.

What if something goes wrong?

A return issue or overdue return can pause the exchange in a disputed state while the physical sets remain reserved.

How do I contact BrickCircle support?

Email support@brickcircle.club for account, marketplace, exchange, safety, or privacy help. If there is an immediate danger or suspected crime, contact the appropriate local authorities first.

Where is the beta available?

Registration is limited to the countries and major cities listed in BrickCircle's beta location selector. See featured beta cities.

Is BrickCircle part of LEGO?

No. BrickCircle is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the LEGO Group.
