Trust is the product

Designed around meeting, inspecting and confirming together.

BrickCircle's beta deliberately avoids shipping. The core exchange happens face-to-face between adult collectors in the same city.

Safety-by-workflow

Public meetup

Collectors schedule a public venue and time rather than exchanging home addresses.

Mutual arrival

Inspection unlocks only after both collectors accept the meetup rules and confirm arrival.

Inspect before handoff

Both members inspect the physical sets before confirming that the temporary swap has started.

Sets stay reserved

A set in an active swap cannot simultaneously participate in another exchange.

Return inspection

At the end of 30, 60 or 90 days, both collectors meet again and inspect their returned sets.

Issues pause the swap

Damage, missing pieces, wrong sets or overdue returns can move the exchange into a disputed state while the sets remain locked.

Good meetup practice

Choose a busy, well-lit public venue; keep communication inside the exchange context; inspect condition and completeness carefully; do not confirm a handoff or return until you are satisfied; and leave if a situation feels unsafe.

BrickCircle facilitates introductions and workflow. Members remain responsible for their personal safety, property and judgment during an in-person exchange.
